In a decisive move to spotlight and reshape the future of women\u2019s healthcare in Nigeria, Healthtracka has announced the launch of the Banking on Women\u2019s Health Conference<\/em> (BWHC), set to take place on May 4, 2025, at the Federal Palace Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More than a one-off event, BWHC positions itself as a platform for long-term impact\u2014uniting stakeholders across policy, healthcare, and business in a shared mission to prioritize women’s health through investment, innovation, and informed advocacy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe are committed to creating a platform for open, bold, and solution-driven conversations that will drive investment, innovation, and policy changes, ensuring women\u2019s health is prioritized,\u201d says Ifeoluwa Dare-Johnson, founder and CEO HealthTracka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the highlights of the conference will be the unveiling of the State of Women\u2019s Health in Nigeria Report<\/em>\u2014a first-of-its-kind publication offering a comprehensive overview of health outcomes, disparities, and systemic gaps affecting women nationwide. The report is expected to serve as a critical resource for policymakers, healthcare professionals, and advocacy groups in driving targeted reforms and initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference will explore a broad spectrum of issues often sidelined in mainstream healthcare conversations, including reproductive health challenges such as PCOS, fibroids, endometriosis, and access to contraceptives; the health implications of menopause and obesity; mental health; and cancer prevention and early detection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
