Tems has been making a lot of headlines all over the world, not only for her music but for her fashion choice. This time around, for the MET Gala afterparies (the first Nigerian to atend, alongside Burnaboy) she was literally a work of art in an hairy silk dress by Taiba Akhuetie. Akhuetie credited to creating a line of garments featuring synthetic hair from Afro-Caribbean hair shops, dyed and sewed into super textural and avant-garde garments using advanced hand-stitching techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
