The annual event this year commemorated the exhibition Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty, while the gala honoured Lagerfeld’s legacy – the late designer who oversaw fashion brands such as Chanel, Fendi, Burberry, Gucci and his own namesake line. The dress code included various interpretations and adherence to the subject in three different ways, a Karl archival look, a “modern-day” outfit from Chanel or Fendi, and also a look with his favorite black and white hue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the event, Tems showed up in a show stopping piece from Robert Wun which included a dramatic headpiece. The corset look has a long, weeping train. Plus her avante garde evening gloves added a whole new level of sophistication with the mathching petal appliques. For footwear, Tems opted for white pumps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You’d definitely have to give Dusin Wright the credit she so much deserves. While the piece was all renaissance in front, the back had a risque detail. Makeup was kept minimal to keep all the focus on her look. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
