Tems has been making a lot of headlines all over the world, not only for her music but for her fashion choice. Case in point: For the the Grammys, she attended wearing a Vivienne Westwood corset dress and for the Oscars she turned up the hit in an assymetric shoulderd dress from Lever Coture.

This time around, for the MET Gala afterparies (the first Nigerian to atend, alongside Burnaboy) she was literally a work of art in an hairy silk dress by Taiba Akhuetie. Akhuetie credited to creating a line of garments featuring synthetic hair from Afro-Caribbean hair shops, dyed and sewed into super textural and avant-garde garments using advanced hand-stitching techniques.
The dress had an ombre sunset hue which she upped the ante with lots and lots of jewelry. Glam included a sleek ponytail and her signature beauty look.
On the Met Gala red carpet, Tems wore Robert Wun, opting for a white and black corset dress with a long train. The back of the dress revealed a risque laced up detail that only Tems can pull off.
