Maria Grazia Chiuri’s season for Dior haute couture showcased the female goddess motif, dating back to ancient goddesses like Athena, Nefertiti, and Cleopatra. The line-up featured a restrained color palette with black, white, grays, and silver and gold as contrasts. Tapping into the palette, Thuso Mbedu embodied the balletcore fad for the show.

The ultra feminine beige tulle midi-dress, from Dior, featured a spaghetti strap on top and a two-tiered tulle silhouette with a cinched waist. Accessories-wise, Thuso added large sunglasses and sandals, upping the ante.

This isn’t the star’s first time wearing Dior; earlier this year, she walked the blue carpet at the Vanity Fair Afterparty in a daring Dior Couture Spring-Summer 2018 striped gown with woven cage design. Clearly, Thuso is a Dior girl, and yes, the duo completely syncronizes.
