African print has gained cult status in Nigeria, and it’s no wonder that it’s a very important part of almost every woman’s wardrobe. From dresses to 2-piece sets, there’s been a growing number of searches for ankara print inspirations across the internet.

Case in point: BBNaija’s Uriel has worn varying iterations of the ankara fabric in the past months, showcasing her workwear wardrobe. She worn a tux dress that featured a cinch waistline, cape sleeves and a plinging neckline for an event in September. Then there’s the maxi legth dresses from AIB seams which both included lace accents.

More recently, she opted for a yellow-brown 2-pice set. The top had zip-up detailing with a 3D attachment on one sleeve. Completing the look with a midi-length skirt and matching scarf added a bit of charm. Accessories included gold mules, a glitter bag, and statement earrings of the same color.
